Double
Chamber Equipment
Blasting has designed this equipment
to handle the big, heavy production jobs. Double blast
chambers permit continuous blasting.
This equipment features two chambers and two loading valves
systems – en external valve for the abrasive to
enter and an internal valve to transfer the abrasive from
one chamber to the other. It is simply operated: for beginning
operation both chambers are completely loaded and the
vessel is pressurized.
Before running out of abrasive the upper chamber is depressurized
and refilled, the abrasive loaded is transferred to the
lower chamber by the new pressurization of the vessel;
the operation continues restarting the working cycle.
